Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
