Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
