Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Knoxville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
