Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Iron Community Partners is a Knoxville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
