Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Knoxville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
