Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Knoxville, TN)

Bright West Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
