Lumen Timber Property Management Group is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
