Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
