Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Jacksonville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
