Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quarry Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
