Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
