Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Jacksonville design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
