Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
