Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jackson supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
