Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
