Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Ember Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
