Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fern Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
