Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
