Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Houston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
