Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Housing Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
