Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
