Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
