Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Honolulu. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
