Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
