Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 263 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
