Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across Hartford. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
