Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Hartford with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
