Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vista Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
