Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
