Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience.
