Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
