Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Ember Community Partners is a Fort Worth charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
