Programme Coordinator - partner relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Housing Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
