Programme Coordinator - partner relations (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Junction Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent assistance for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
