Programme Coordinator - partner relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meridian Civic Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
