Programme Coordinator - partner relations (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in El Paso presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
