Programme Coordinator - partner relations (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
