Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Cobalt Property Management Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience.
