Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
