Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Denver, CO)

Nova Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Denver, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
