Lumen Kestrel Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
