Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
