Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
