Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Quill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Columbus presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
