Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Field Community Partners Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
