Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is a Chicago charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
