Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Summit Mill Care Services Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
