Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Sable Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
