Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
