Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Mill Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Charlotte, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
